Every farm a destination. Every farmer an entrepreneur.

ANNA is a digital bridge between Maharashtra's cities and its farming heartland — built by a small team who spent months talking to farmers before writing a line of code.

Our Story

Born from field visits, not a boardroom

During field visits across Maharashtra, our team met farmers facing uncertain income, rising cultivation costs, and few opportunities beyond farming itself — despite having land, knowledge, and a way of life that city families rarely get to experience.

ANNA — meaning "food" in Marathi — became our answer: a platform where "Anna (अन्न)" is the thread that connects villages and cities, one farm visit at a time.

Our Mission

Empowering farmers. Enriching families.

Empowering Farmers

Zero platform fees and zero upfront investment mean every rupee a visitor pays goes straight to the farming family.

Enriching Families

Real, hands-on farm days that give city families a reason to disconnect and reconnect — with nature and with each other.

Building Communities

Local village coordinators (AnnaMitra) and community guides (AnnaDOOT) keep every visit safe, authentic, and personally guided.

Field Operations

Technology connects, but people make it work

Every farm visit is supported on the ground by three roles working together.

AnnaPrerak

District Coordinator — oversees ANNA across a district, connects with government and NGOs, and ensures quality and growth.

AnnaShevak

Village Coordinator — visits and onboards farmers, verifies farms and activities, creates farm profiles, and manages bookings.

AnnaMitra

Community Guide — welcomes visitors, guides farm activities, and bridges visitors with farmers on the day of the visit.
